We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew and take ownership of day-to-day landscape operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows the industry, can run a crew efficiently, and takes pride in producing quality work.

PAY

• $35–$45 per hour , based on experience and qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of professional landscaping experience
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Snow removal experience required
• Experience operating skid steers, compact loaders, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment
• Knowledge of commercial mowing and property maintenance
• Experience with landscape installation, including plants, mulch, stone, edging, grading, and restoration. Hardscape projects do come along ocassinally
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, mowers, and small equipment
• Ability to read job plans, understand job specifications, and communicate expectations to crew members
• Strong understanding of jobsite and equipment safety
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for leading your crew and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards .

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise landscape crews
• Assign daily tasks and keep employees productive
• Train and mentor crew members
• Perform quality-control inspections before leaving each property
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, problems, materials, and scheduling
• Operate landscape and construction equipment as needed
• Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials
• Maintain clean trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Track labor hours and job progress
• Ensure crews follow company and OSHA safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers when necessary
• Assist with snow and ice operations during the winter

WINTER OPERATIONS

This position is part of our snow and ice management team . Applicants must have previous snow removal experience and be available during winter weather events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, tractors, or other commercial snow equipment is strongly preferred.

Winter hours are guaranteed , giving this position more stability than a typical seasonal landscape role.

SCHEDULE

Typical landscape operations are performed Monday through Friday during the growing season. Hours may vary depending on workload, weather, and project requirements.

Winter work is weather-dependent, but guaranteed hours will be provided during the winter season . Snow and ice events may require nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
