We are seeking Licensed Psychotherapists to join our growing team. This is a full-time salaried position with a full caseload provided, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical support from an experienced team that values collaboration, excellence, and professional development.

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE

• Build strong therapeutic alliances and establish goal-oriented treatment strategies.

• Provide psychotherapy using specialized modalities tailored to client needs.

• Demonstrate expertise in addressing clients’ psychological and social needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and applicable State/Federal regulations.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to adapt treatment strategies in response to client progress and evolving needs.

• Current and active New Jersey license: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• At least 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy.
• Experience with insurance credentialing is a plus.
• Must reside in New Jersey or be open to relocating.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
