Grand Islander RI and V2U, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Unit Manager, RN to lead a resident-centered skilled nursing unit in Middletown, RI. In this role, you’ll supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, oversee clinical quality, and ensure regulatory compliance for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents. You’ll foster a compassionate, team-based culture focused on dignity, safety, and respect while mentoring staff, supporting families, and driving continuous improvement in seniors’ comfort, recovery, and quality of life.
