Blue Earth Diagnostics is a subsidiary of Bracco Imaging S.p.A., a global leader in diagnostic imaging.-**Job purpose**Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, the Junior Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing and digital initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in managing the company’s social media presence, supporting promotional material review processes, and assisting with broader digital marketing programs.The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and paid media, along with an interest in working within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing leadership as well as internal stakeholders including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry guidelines.This position will operate on a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working onsite 3 days a week in our office located at 197 First Avenue, Needham, MA.**Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks**Social Media Strategy & Execution* Manage and execute the company’s organic and paid social media programs across platforms including LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.* Develop and schedule social media content aligned with marketing campaigns, product initiatives, corporate communications, and awareness programs.* Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reporting and optimization recommendations.* Ensure all social media content adheres to pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance standards.Promotional Review Committee (PRC) Coordination* Lead coordination of Promotional Review Committee (PRC) meetings for marketing materials and campaigns.* Prepare and submit assets through the promotional review system (e.g., Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms).* Track review timelines, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and facilitate revisions to ensure timely approvals and compliance with regulatory requirements.* Maintain documentation and records related to promotional approvals. Work closely with Regulatory colleagues to ensure accurate submission of materials to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as required.Marketing Operations & Administrative Support* Assist with administrative submissions and documentation related to marketing initiatives and promotional materials.* Coordinate asset management, version control, tagging, and archiving of marketing materials in internal systems.Digital Marketing Support* Provide support across digital marketing initiatives including: + Website updates and content management + Email marketing campaigns + Digital campaign coordination + Analytics reporting and performance tracking* Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration* Partner with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.* Support the marketing team with campaign planning, project management, and execution.* Other duties as determined by business needs**Education/Qualifications**Required* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.* 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries.* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* Experience managing social media platforms and paid media on native platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* High attention to detail and ability to work within structured approval and compliance processes.Preferred* Experience working with MLR/PRC review processes or promotional review platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).* Experience with digital marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.* Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements**Professional Experience, Knowledge, & Technical Skills*** Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regulated environments* Digital marketing and content coordination skills* Data-driven mindset with basic analytics capabilities* Collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving### **Salary range:** $65,000 - $78,000 Annually***Why Blue Earth Diagnostics?***We are seeking motivated individuals with drive and determination to succeed in an innovative and respectful team environment.
