Home Health Caretaker

A local Sturgeon Bay resident requires full-time assistance to live comfortably and maintain independence at home. The ideal candidate is kind, patient, and reliable, and will join the care team to support daily activities. Responsibilities Personal Care: assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming. Mobility: helping with transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.) and ensuring safe movement around the house, including ceiling lift transfers. Medication: assisting with medication distribution. Meal Preparation: planning and preparing nutritious meals, providing feeding assistance as needed. Household Tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, and running errands. Companionship: providing emotional support and engaging in social activities. Dog Care: letting personal dog in and out for bathroom breaks, and occasionally taking daily walks. Qualifications Prior experience as a caregiver preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
