QA Specialist

We are seeking customer-focused QA Specialists to assist with customer concerns, escalations and service-related issues. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting and helping customers reach a resolution. Starting Pay: $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr. after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Handle escalated customer concerns and service issues
• Research account and service information to determine appropriate resolutions
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify next steps
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately
• Follow up on unresolved issues as needed
• Support additional customer service functions as assigned.
• Investigate service quality issues including pricing, damages, and technician performance

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Customer service experience required
• Experience handling customer escalations and troubleshooting
• QAM experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Pre-employment drug screen and nationwide background check required.
