Enterprise Solutions Account Executive

This role is focused on driving high-impact enterprise sales within the food and beverage industry, targeting large organizations with complex operational and compliance needs. You will act as a strategic hunter, responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customers while expanding the reach of advanced solutions related to food safety, transparency, and sustainability. The position requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at the executive level. You will work closely with internal experts to deliver tailored demonstrations and value-driven proposals. The role operates in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment where strategic thinking and execution directly influence market expansion. It is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building new business and driving measurable revenue growth. Accountabilities Lead new business development efforts targeting enterprise-level organizations, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding market presence. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue objectives and growth targets across assigned accounts. Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions effectively. Manage complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with internal subject matter experts. Represent the organization at industry events, trade associations, and client meetings to strengthen market visibility. Track pipeline activity, competitor insights, and forecasting data using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing new logo deals. Demonstrated success in closing complex deals valued at $100K+ ARR/NRR. Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within process manufacturing, food and beverage, or regulated industries. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Solid understanding of lead generation, qualification, and enterprise deal closing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities at executive level.
