Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Post Acute Care Opening in Port Charlotte, FL Fort Myers 44m, Sarasota 44mFull-time or Part-time We are seeking a compassionate and driven physician to join our post-acute care team in Port Charlotte, Florida rounding in a skilled nursing facility.

• Day call weekdays, weekends, after hours/night-time backup call
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
• Current Florida physician license and DEA
• Board certification/board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
• Experience in post-acute, acute, or primary care clinic settings preferred, but not required; new Residency grads welcome to apply
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook
• Ability to Commute: Port Charlotte, FL (required)

Compensation & Benefits
• Our compensation estimate for the position is $235,212 to $278,254 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
