Position Overview Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety‑focused Field Technician / General Labor to join our dynamic team in Delta, OH. Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities. Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment and vac‑truck operation. Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site. Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel. Essential Skills / Qualifications Must have a clean driving record and a driver's license; reliable transportation required. Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic. Must be able to work varied hours, on‑call basis, and travel as required. Must be able to pass a pre‑employment, random, and/or post‑accident/injury substance abuse screening. Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific customer needs. Will complete a drug‑free screening prior to employment; may be subject to random and incident screenings. Essential Physical Job Functions Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions. Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs. Repetitive lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and crawling. Work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions for extended periods. Work in confined spaces and tight quarters. Wearing protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel‑toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection. Climb ladders, work from stationary platforms at elevated heights. Capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.
