One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Experience Engineer in United States . This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing cybersecurity company working at the intersection of human intelligence and AI. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the customer lifecycle, helping enterprise clients onboard, integrate, and derive full value from cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You'll be the technical bridge between product and customer, ensuring seamless deployment, troubleshooting challenges, and advocating for customer needs internally. Accountabilities: Lead customer onboarding sessions and facilitate smooth technical deployments Deliver customized product training to empower end-users and admins Build Python scripts to support customer-specific API integrations Serve as the main technical contact for customer inquiries and troubleshooting Track and manage support cases using Salesforce and report on customer success metrics Conduct regular customer reviews to monitor health and identify improvement areas Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical challenges are resolved quickly Identify and support upsell opportunities by aligning technical needs with product capabilities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within cybersecurity or enterprise software Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR, Data Lakes, and Threat Intelligence Proficiency in Python for scripting and API integrations Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for customer management Strong communication skills and a consultative, customer-first approach Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities Bonus: Industry certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH), customer success experience, or familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Benefits Competitive salary range: $150,000-$180,000 USD Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven cybersecurity innovation Work alongside a diverse and mission-driven team of experts Fast-paced, collaborative environment with a startup culture Flexible work arrangements Equal opportunity workplace welcoming applicants from all backgrounds Jobgether Hiring Process Disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
