About the Role:

As a Caregiver - Home Care Aid, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and promoting social interaction
• Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of daily routines
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition to the care team

Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNA, PCA, HCA, experience preferred
• Current TB Test
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift, bend, and move without assistance
