Global Trial Lead (multiple openings)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Global Trial Lead to provide end-to-end operational accountability for global medical studies across multiple locations. The role ensures studies are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards, serving as the primary operational owner partnering with medical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Hold singular operational accountability for medical study delivery from start-up through close-out phases
• Manage all vendor and CRO relationships, scope of work, contracts, and performance against quality standards
• Develop and maintain study budgets, timelines, and resource plans with quarterly financial reviews and variance forecasting
• Identify and proactively manage operational risks while balancing cost, deliverables, and quality trade-offs
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy in study management systems, and operational readiness for submissions

Requirements

• Extensive medical study and project management experience with full operational oversight capability
• Proven expertise in clinical trial budgeting, resource planning, and financial management
• Strong knowledge of GCP/GXP compliance and regulatory requirements across therapeutic areas
• Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic trial master file (eTMF) platforms
• Demonstrated vendor management and contract oversight experience
• Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and escalation management skills
