Kelly is hiring Production Assemblers in partnership with John Deere in Greeneville, TN. No previous experience is required, making this a great opportunity to build manufacturing and assembly experience with a well-known company.

• Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr
• Average Pay with Weekly Production Bonus: $20.00–$21.85/hr
• 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | Start between 6:00–6:30 AM | 8 or 9-hour shifts
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | Start between 4:00–4:30 PM | 8 or 9-hour shifts
• Base Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr depending on shift
• With weekly production bonus, average pay can reach $20.00–$21.85/hr
• Potential overtime on Saturdays
• Long-term temporary positions during peak season

What You'll Do

• Assemble landscaping machinery and equipment
• Use handheld pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks
• Follow work instructions to build products accurately
• Package finished products
• Use scanners to pick parts according to customer orders
• Place picked parts on dollies for production and shipping
• Inspect your work to maintain quality standards
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Comfortable bending and performing repetitive production tasks
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
