Pay Highlights
$21-23/hour (Based on years of experience & education)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Verify patient demographics and obtain patient signatures after venipuncture to ensure specimen labeling accuracy.
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and required records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
- Travel to multiple Patient Service Centers (PSCs) and physician office locations with minimal notice.
- Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency in high-volume environments.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required

- Pediatric collections
- Geriatric collections
- Capillary collections
Note: Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible.
