HVAC Install/Technician
Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a motivated individual with experience in HVAC installation and technician skills!!

DUTIES:
- Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems, according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Responding to emergency repair calls promptly and efficiently
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions using tools like multimeters, refrigerant gauges, and thermal imaging cameras
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Excellent attention to detail
- No felony convictions
- Able to safely lift and move up to 75 lbs.
