Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on EAD for this position.**About this opportunity:**We are seeking a highly skilled Operation Specialist -AI to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving**What you will do:*** Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows.* Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.* Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.* Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.* Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.* Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility.* Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis.* Specializes in troubleshooting and operating AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.* Design, build and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout.**The skills you bring:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.* 3+ years of experience in applying ML/AI to production systems.* Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus.* Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.* Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).* Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement of learning concepts.* Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.* Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle.* Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).* Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.**What happens once you apply?** Click Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like.Ericsson uses a merit-based hiring approach that values people with different experiences, perspectives and skillsets.
