Role Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with team members to achieve service excellence. Duties/Responsibilities: Build strong working relationships with customers. Enter sales orders, packing slips, and other required documents. Organize documents and paperwork in digital and paper formats. Communicate effectively with customers, assisting with their questions and inquiries, following up proactively, and working to address their complaints in a timely manner. Follow up on customer orders with other internal departments. Maintain client inventory stored at DMI Solutions Riverside. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow up skills. Ability to maintain productivity and professionalism while under pressure to meet deadlines. Comfortable working in a high-volume role in a self-managed team environment. Detail oriented and organized, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills in various software. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. At least three years of customer service experience in manufacturing environment Experience using Epicor software preferred.
