Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, supporting multiple divisions, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Responsibilities Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trailer vans in a dry warehouse environment Assist with replenishing warehouse stock and maintaining inventory accuracy Pull and prepare orders for various company divisions Communicate any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Warehouse Operations Manager Prioritize and perform multiple tasks to meet daily deadlines Adapt to changing priorities as needed to support warehouse operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and working in warehouse distribution preferred; willingness to learn considered Knowledge of forklift safety rules and guidelines, or willingness to learn Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Demonstrated reliability and dependability, including punctuality and consistent performance Reliable transportation to and from the workplace Compensation $19.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefits Stability: Join a company with over 60 years of success in the industry Growth Opportunities: Support for employee development and process improvement Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage available starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment Retirement: 401(k) plan with generous company matching after 180 days of employment Paid Time Off: PTO accrual begins at 7 days per year, with sick leave available after 90 days and vacation/personal time after 180 days Holiday Pay: Six paid holidays after 180 days of full-time employment Northern Sales Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
