Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer

Location: Summerville, South Carolina

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a specialized unit that focuses on maternal and fetal care, using advanced imaging technology to provide essential services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations with high precision using Voluson E10 equipment.
• Ensure adherence to protocols for quality imaging and patient safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Viewpoint and Meditech systems.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient outcomes and care quality.
• Manage patient flow efficiently to uphold day-to-day operational objectives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current certification in American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) required.
• OBGYN Certification preferred.
• Fetal Echocardiography Certification required.
• NTQR certified for Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone preferred.
• CLEAR certified for Cervical Length Specialty Certification highly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Current BLS certification required.
