Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Bonus Structure: Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped rewards for impact. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year. Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: Guidance from Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team with industry leading clinicians. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house; extra funds to attend additional courses and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
