Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech NeededWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment. Candidates with experience in blow molding, injection molding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems are encouraged to apply.COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSShift Availability: 2nd: Monday through Friday (most Saturday's), 3:00pm-11:00pmKey Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilitiesDiagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systemsConduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiringPerform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical or electrical failures before they impact productionSupport machine installations, equipment changeovers, and production line startups as neededMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationEnsure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policiesCollaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliabilityQualifications:2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience requiredStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assembliesPrevious experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in a manufacturing environmentExperience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and production equipmentPreferred Experience (not required):Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or similar manufacturing industriesKnowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems
