Job Description

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sun Dial Manor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness
• Train new housekeeping employees
• Order and maintain housekeeping supplies
• Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional manner
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
• Floor hours required in this position

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
