Administrative Support PositionAssist management/department with a variety of support functions that may include processing tasks, information gathering, problem identification/resolution and notification of procedural changes. Provide support by utilizing computer systems for input, audits, reconciliation, following scripts, generating reports, etc. Responsible for essential back office business functions handling printing and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail for policy holders and independent agencies. Working with mail room postage machinery, folding and inserting machines, imaging documents, opening mail and various other administrative functions. Develop and review a variety of reports and audits various forms for accuracy and completeness. Participate in special projects, developing and implementing new procedures and other related duties as requested by management. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays.
