Commercial Cleaning Technician
L.A Disinfecting, LLC is seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in the St. Louis area.
We provide professional commercial and residential cleaning and disinfecting services. Our employees take pride in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect offices, commercial buildings, and other facilities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
