Responsibilites:
- Operating basic manufacturing equipment and hand/power tools
- Measuring and assembling metal or HVAC components
- Reading work orders, drawings, or production instructions
- Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read basic measurements and work instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials during the shift
- Ability to lift approximately 45–50 lbs , depending on the position
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be comfortable working with fiberglass insulation and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while following all safety procedures.
Must be comfortable working 2nd shift from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM and maintaining reliable attendance throughout the scheduled shift.
