Data Analyst Senior

Job Overview CLA is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Senior to join its Information Technology team. The role leverages the Microsoft Power Platform or scripting languages to clean and analyze data for reports and dashboards, providing autonomy in solution creation and engaging in client service and business development. Responsibilities Data Analysis: Participate in the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools, support the building and implementing of solutions for external clients and internal projects, assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, and evaluate data gathering techniques. Data Development: Develop custom data models and algorithms, apply predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques, use existing processes to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, and communicate findings to team members. Seamless Client Service: Leverage a comprehensive understanding of CLA's services to provide integrated service offerings, make recommendations for business development, and support clients holistically. Mentorship: Review and delegate the work of Associates, act as a Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach, and assist colleagues in growing their careers.
