Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and proceduresActs as a neutral liaison between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to the companyUnderstands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectivesImpacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own workRecognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequentlyEvaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or proceduresCommunicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and othersWorks under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiencyIndividual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilitiesPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducationHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's preferredExperienceTypically requires 5+ years of related work experienceEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
