Pay: $15/hr • Full-Time or Part-Time • 4–10 AM • Employee Discount

We’re looking for dependable, high-energy night owls to join our Overnight Dough & Prep Team at Marco’s Pizza in Hampton. This behind-the-scenes role is one of the most important in the store — making fresh dough, prepping ingredients, and keeping everything ready for the day’s crew.

What You’ll Do

1. Arrive early (typically 4–6 AM start) and work until prep is complete — usually around 9–10 AM
2. Use our new automated dough processor to make multiple 50-lb batches of fresh dough
3. Roll and tray dough balls according to Marco’s standards
4. Wash, cut, and portion fresh vegetables for pizza toppings
5. Receive and put away truck deliveries twice a week
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area
7. Date, label, and rotate all ingredients
8. Complete weekly cleaning checklists and open-ready prep

1. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a teammate
2. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
3. Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
4. Comfortable using kitchen equipment and following safety procedures
5. Takes pride in quality and consistency
6. Early riser who enjoys quiet, focused work before the rush begins
