Realty Contract & Title Review Specialist

Department of the Army

The Department of the Army is seeking a Realty Specialist (Document Examiner) in Los Angeles, CA. In this full-performance role (GS-1170-11), you will prepare and review real estate contracts and reports while ensuring compliance with USACE and Department of Justice standards. Your responsibilities include conducting reviews, negotiating with landowners, and providing technical advice to the Real Estate Division.
