App Integration Engineer - IAM

DescriptionSummary:The IAM Engineer - Senior serves as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer for the bank. Leads delivery and implementation of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) for applications, infrastructure and business groups. Works with Portfolio Manager to deliver IAM projects and key milestones. Creates automated processes to deploy RBAC framework. Works closely with Infrastructure and application teams to define/document roles, resource groups, user accounts, and entitlements for approved projects.Duties & Responsibilities:Leads delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bankDevelop and support SailPoint IIQ application onboarding integrationsConfigure connectors, workflows, rules, and access review capabilitiesPartner with application teams to define onboarding requirements and access modelsSupport testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of onboarding solutions. Connectors Workflows Rules & scripts (Beanshell/Java) Certification campaigns and access reviews Access certifications Policy enforcement Ensure that Huntington’s identity & access management services are designed to be compliant with security and privacy standards and other industry standards and practicesConsult with business units when implementing access for new systemsOther duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Information Security, specifically in IAM. 1+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), or other IAM processes1+ years of experience with Java, Beanshell, or similar scripting languages. High School diplomaPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)Knowledge of application onboarding, provisioning, and access governanceExperience with Java, Beanshell, APIs, file-based integrations, or database connectivity. Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills. Application onboarding/integration development REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and database connectivity SailPoint connectors and custom connector development Azure AD / Active Directory integrations ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for access requests Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISMActive Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy ManagementDemonstrated implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processesExpert with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and servicesFamiliarity with the standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesWorkplace Type:RemoteOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
