This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, technically sophisticated projects for national and international clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial planning and pursuit efforts through construction completion and closeout. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing client relationships, maintaining project performance metrics, and ensuring the successful execution of design objectives for mission critical and data center projects.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead all project phases from programming and concept design through construction administrationServe as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams, and agenciesLead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while promoting collaboration and professional growthBuild strong client relationships and proactively address project goals and expectationsDevelop and manage schedules, staffing plans, financial forecasts, fees, and delivery strategiesSupport business development through proposals, scopes, fee planning, interviews, and contractsMaintain QA/QC standards across all project phases and deliverablesManage construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, bid coordination, site observations, and technical issue resolutionIdentify project risks early and develop practical solutions supporting schedule, budget, and design goalsMonitor staffing, coordination, and project performance to ensure efficient resource managementPromote sustainable, resilient, and high-performance design strategies where appropriateParticipate in client presentations, interviews, and marketing initiatives supporting Mission Critical growthFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementYour Capabilities and CredentialsProven success leading large multidisciplinary teams on complex projectsStrong experience managing schedules, staffing, consultant coordination, fees, budgets, and construction administrationThorough understanding of integrated project delivery, building systems, construction methods, codes and standardsExperience overseeing comprehensive construction documentation and maintaining QA/QC standardsStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship management skillsAbility to mentor teams and build collaborative working relationshipsStrong business and operational acumen with proposal and client development experienceHighly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and effective in deadline-driven environmentsEducation and Experience10+ years of experience in commercial architecture and design, including 2+ years of project management experience focused on Mission Critical or Data Center projectsCurrent Architectural license required; NCARB certification and/or LEED Accreditation preferredTypical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
