Installer / woodworkers

P&M Caseworks LLC is looking to expand our team. We have the following positions open. We have work available for a variety of experience levels and encourage anyone who may be interested in learning the woodworking business to come talk to us.

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

 

CABINET INSTALLERS/WOODWORKERS

• 2+ years of experience as a cabinet installer in the residential or commercial casework industry.
• Basic knowledge of cabinet/casework fabrication methods.
• Knowledge of AWI standards preferred. Will train.
• The ability to read construction plans and drawings.
• The ability to work independently in the field, some travel required, expenses paid per diem.
• Opportunities for Prevailing Wage work in the field are available on a job by job basis.
• Knowledge of basic building construction techniques a huge plus!
• Pay based on experience.

 

OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Have a strong quality related work ethic to minimize rework.
• Keep work area and tools organized and clean.
• Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking.
• Smart phone for timecard documentation.
• Work with a safety-oriented mindset.
• Must have own set of basic hand tools of the trade.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry 75+ pounds.
• A valid NM driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive our vehicles (Required for Installer. position, preferred for all others.)

 

JOB TYPE: Full time

• Personal Time Off PTO pay
• Work hours 7am to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional overtime requirements.
