Conduct evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients through standardized assessments and observational methodologies.

Create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving both short-term objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions targeting communication, language development, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop cohesive care strategies.

Provide education for patients and their families to facilitate progress outside the clinical environment.

Assist with inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions as necessary to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in continuous education and collaborate with peers to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for all age groups, with strong proficiency in developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.

Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic needs.

Strong clinical judgment and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Skilled in the use of electronic medical records and proper documentation practices.
