We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor - Support specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys reviewing financial documentation, validating payment information, and maintaining accuracy throughout the claims payment process. In this role, you will help confirm that payment requests, supporting records, and payee details are properly aligned before funds are released.

Responsibilities:

• Examine incoming payment requests to confirm amounts, coding, and supporting details are complete and accurate before processing.

• Compare claim-related records and documentation against payment submissions to identify errors, omissions, or mismatched figures.

• Validate correspondence prepared for insured parties to ensure all payment information is correct and clearly reflected.

• Review policy documents, declarations, contracts, and claim files to confirm that each listed payee is authorized for payment.

• Ensure vendors, attorneys, and public adjusters are selected correctly from approved payee records when added to requests.

• Investigate payment variances, flag discrepancies, and record findings clearly within the claim file.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to address billing exceptions and support timely completion of payment activity.

• Respond to questions related to issued checks, outstanding payments, and banking-related concerns while following established controls.

• Maintain compliance with accounting procedures and internal safeguards throughout the payment review process.

• High school diploma required; additional college coursework is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, payment review, or a related administrative support function.
• Strong analytical ability with a consistent focus on accuracy, reconciliation, and detail.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including debits, credits, and accurate financial calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for tracking and reviewing data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing workloads, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with coworkers and external contacts.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
