LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Cleveland, Ohio area. We are building a pipeline of talented accounting and finance professionals for current and upcoming opportunities with our client partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes.
Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash.
Investigate and resolve billing disputes.
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and customer service teams.
Prepare account reconciliations and reporting for management.
Support month-end close activities related to AR.
Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or related accounting experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
High-volume transaction environments.
Cash application and account reconciliation.
B2B collections and customer account management.
Process improvement initiatives.

Compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and client requirements. Competitive benefits packages may be available through our client partners.
