We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.Qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, information systems, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience implementing or configuring PMIS solutions for capital programs, infrastructure, engineering, construction or real estate organizations4+ years of experience in project management and project controls2+ years of hands-on Kahua implementation experience, including participation in or leadership of an end-to-end implementation or major rollout Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, process design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft VisioExperience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work productsAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited sponsorship may be availablePreferred:MBA or a Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or project managementProfessional certifications such as PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPAExperience with coding language or query tools, particularly SQLPrevious experience in a professional services firm or on international project engagementsExperience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, EcoSys, Procore, Primavera P6, Power BI, ERP platforms, or related capital-project technologyMulti-lingual The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
