Dental Treatment Coordinator

Treatment Coordinator - Dental Office - Garden Grove, CA

Our multi-specialty dental practice in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are a long-standing, patient-focused office with a strong reputation, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional patient experience and are looking for someone who will contribute to that standard.

Schedule, Full Time
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Dedicated lunch hour
• No weekends and no early clock-outs

Duties & Responsibilities
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Coordinate and schedule treatment to support production goals
• Verify insurance (HMO, PPO, FFS) and review benefits with patients
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options
• Utilize Eaglesoft for scheduling and patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
• Work closely with the clinical and front office team

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience
• Eaglesoft experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking highly preferred (negotiable)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, reliable, and punctual
• Organized and able to multitask effectively

Pay & Compensation
• $28-$34 per hour, determined on experience
