However, if their performance improves within those 15 days, the contract may be reinstated, allowing them to continue with NLMM. Expectations: 70~ wRVUs per shift All NLMM remote jobs have the same wRVU structure. Make sure to communicate the base pay plus the additional per wRVU to your providers. NLMM will not accept any other pay structure. Please note, RVUs are different from wRVUs. Radiologists will be familiar with the differences. For onsite jobs: all jobs onsite are all inclusive, with no exceptions. For remote jobs: all providers MUST work for at least two of these clients' sites. Modality Checklist, found in documents, must be filled out and included with submission All providers must work a MINIMUM of 40 hours a month, remote or onsite. This requirement must be maintained throughout the contract for the provider to continue working and maintain a workstation. Providers must continuously have 3 months' worth of shifts scheduled with the client throughout the contract. Please discuss with the AM if there is a requested exception to this before submission. Please review the modality checklist with your provider and confirm that they can actively read and interpret each modality selected and that their experience is current.
