Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics

Senior Analyst role supporting commercial operations and analytics for a global life sciences organization. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, revenue projections, dashboard development, and providing business insights to drive US commercial strategy across marketing and sales functions.

Responsibilities

Develop demand forecasts, revenue projections, and annual budgets with monthly performance analysis
Create and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators and strategic metrics
Conduct data quality assurance and implement cleansing processes for accuracy and completeness
Support channel management analysis including DIOH, incentive tracking, and ROI assessment
Deliver ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights to sales, marketing, and business partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years analytical experience supporting commercial operations and sales
Advanced Excel, Access, or SAS proficiency with strong business acumen
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI systems
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder needs
10% travel availability

Compensation: $104,700–$167,500 base annual USD plus incentives
