Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our growing team, supporting a range of water industry projects. This is a fast-paced administrative role where you\'ll play a key part in preparing excavation dig plans and ensuring work is accurately scheduled and documented for operational teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare dig plans and work packs for excavation teams across multiple water industry projects. Update and maintain project records, spreadsheets, and tracking logs. Use Elips to manage and process project information. Ensure all administrative documentation is accurate and completed within deadlines. Liaise with operational teams to support the smooth delivery of works. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including filters, spreadsheets, and updating tracking logs. Previous experience using Elips is highly desirable. Ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
