About the Role

Sierra Space is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive strategic growth and customer partnerships across the aerospace and space technology markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Build relationships with key customers and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Lead complex negotiations and strategic accounts.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales or business development experience.
Experience in aerospace, defense, space technology, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of managing strategic accounts.
