Production Assembler -2nd Shift

Operations Assembly Technician

Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established standard operating procedures

Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area

Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies

Recognize and solve minor problems that arise

Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job

Perform other duties that may be assigned

Ability to perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals

Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement

Strong attention to detail

Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge

Ability to read and understand procedure, routers and instruction

Flexibility in work assignments

Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change

Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking

Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily

Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as required

Pay starts at $19.00 plus shift premium totaling $21.50

Eligible for annual bonuses
