Benefits Representative

Overview A professional services firm in Westlake is seeking a Benefits Representative to join its Testing & Reporting Services (TRS) team, supporting year-end retirement plan testing and reporting. This role helps guide Plan Sponsors through the Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) process, including data uploads, validation, and issue resolution. Details: Contract position | $30/hr Hybrid schedule: one week onsite, one week remote Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM (flexible 8-hour shifts) Limited overtime during peak season (Feb–Mar 15) Responsibilities: Support year-end retirement plan testing and reporting within the TRS team. Guide Plan Sponsors through the Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) process, including data uploads, validation, and issue resolution. Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience in Nondiscrimination Testing (defined contribution plans). Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Quick learner with the ability to navigate multiple systems. Training: 3-4 weeks of onsite training provided.
