PoolSmith's Renovations LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Pool Construction Lead to join our growing team in Eustis, FL. This is your chance to take ownership of exciting pool projects from the ground up, leading a crew and delivering stunning results for our customers. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and ready to make a splash, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise pool construction crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Oversee all phases of pool construction including excavation, plumbing, gunite/shotcrete, tile, and decking
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow
- Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities
- Troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions on the fly
- Conduct site inspections and communicate progress updates to management
- 3+ years of experience in pool construction, renovation, or a related trade
- Proven leadership experience managing a construction crew
- Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
