Baptist Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing Team at Baptist Medical Center South. This is a FT Day Shift opportunity. Baptist South serves the rapidly growing neighborhoods in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties. The hospital blends resort-like amenities with the most advanced medical care, providing for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families. Responsibilities Provide patient needs as recognized through the use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Organize and supervise care provided by supportive personnel. Coordinate care provided by ancillary services. Include patients and significant other/families in developing an individualized plan of care. Educate patients, significant others and families to their disease process and plan of care. Serve as patient advocate and provide care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
