Sylva offers an exceptional quality of life in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, located less than one hour west of Asheville and adjacent to the university town of Cullowhee. The area provides abundant outdoor recreation opportunities including hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, and access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Facility:
This 86-bed hospital has been providing excellent care to western North Carolina residents since 1929 and is part of a nationally recognized healthcare delivery network. The facility offers five major service lines including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, and emergency medicine, with a reputation for quality care and comprehensive subspecialty services.

Opportunity:
Board Certified - Cardiology

Job Details:
• Provide general cardiology coverage with APP support
• Flexible scheduling options available: 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off
• Perform ECHO, NUC, and TEE procedures
• Conduct outpatient clinic services and inpatient consultations
• Provide community-based cardiovascular care
• Access to invasive and interventional procedures at sister hospital's Cath Lab (25 minutes away)
• Collaborate with hospitalist team in established working relationships
• Must maintain active North Carolina medical license
• Completion of ACGME accredited residency and fellowship programs required
• Opportunity for practice growth with marketing assistance
• Continuing Medical Education allowance and days provided
