Director of Equity Compensation

Leading the global equity compensation program, the full-time salaried Director of Equity Compensation will manage end-to-end administration, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, with the option to work remotely a few days a week. Key responsibilities: Oversee the administration of the global equity program, including grants, vesting, and exercises, ensuring accurate record-keeping and execution Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, People, and Legal teams to maintain efficient governance of the equity compensation program Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including international tax reporting and equity implications for global mobility Required qualifications: 12+ years of experience in equity administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a publicly-traded company Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Expert knowledge of equity award types and related accounting, tax, and legal frameworks Experience managing equity programs across multiple international jurisdictions Proficiency with E*Trade/Morgan Stanley at Work
