What You'll Do:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Pharmacy Delivery Technician to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications and supplies to patients and facilities. Responsibilities include:

• Contact patients daily to coordinate prescription deliveries and collect payment information.
• Manage and track prescriptions scheduled for delivery to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain organized records of delivery schedules, payments, and patient communications.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills while handling multiple prescriptions and delivery arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with patients to resolve delivery and payment questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines and company protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team, patients, and caregivers regarding delivery times and any issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Safely and promptly deliver prescriptions and medical supplies to patients’ homes or healthcare facilities, on an as needed basis.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong cell phone and navigation app experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate stairs or uneven terrain.
