Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction operations on‑site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety. Signing Bonus $5,000 Signing Bonus Essential Functions Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and field personnel. Manage all day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite workforce to ensure efficient and effective task completion. Develop and maintain short-term schedules and coordinate daily work activities to meet overall project milestones. Monitor and enforce all safety practices on‑site, promoting a strong culture of safety and compliance. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company and client standards. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays in a proactive and timely manner. Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and site organization. Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation of site activities and progress. Coordinate inspections, permits, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. Communicate regularly with project management regarding progress, risks, and resource needs. Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation. Qualifications, Experience, And Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related roles, with a focus on field operations. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
