About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President with a strong background in multifamily real estate, particularly in the lease-up phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, occupancy, retention, and asset value through the implementation of data-driven strategies and proactive solutions. This leadership role involves developing high-potential talent, leading staffing efforts, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of the team, from hiring to professional growth. The Regional Vice President will also be expected to partner with cross-functional teams, visit properties regularly to maintain quality standards and brand consistency, and build resident loyalty by fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of executive leadership experience in multi-site operations, with a proven track record of driving leasing performance and building metric-driven teams. The role requires a strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adept at tracking and managing KPIs for various aspects of property performance, including leasing, occupancy, delinquency, expenses, and resident satisfaction. A passion for multifamily real estate and a strong desire to make an impact and drive performance are essential for this role.
