About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President with a strong background in multifamily real estate, particularly in the lease-up phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue, occupancy, retention, and asset value through the implementation of data-driven strategies and proactive solutions. This leadership role involves developing high-potential talent, leading staffing efforts, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of the team, from hiring to professional growth. The Regional Vice President will also be expected to partner with cross-functional teams, visit properties regularly to maintain quality standards and brand consistency, and build resident loyalty by fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
